  • Kindly select art works and intimate Gunina Art Gallery, we will help you to purchase artworks through online (Pay pal).
  • Indian Buyers can pay in Rupees and others can pay in the form of Dollars, Please contact Gunina for details.
  • Only after paying the full amount, ownership to buyer will be handed over.
  • Once purchased it will not be exchanged or refunded. If in special case, we will be the final judge to examine the art work and take decision accordingly.
  • Purchased art works will be couriered to the same address as buyer has submitted. If any changes in the information, buyers should take the responsibility to intimate Gunina Art Gallery.
  • Purchased art work will not contain any frame, as it’s the best way to transport.
  • We will intimate you before we dispatch the art work from Gunina Art Gallery.
  • The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) of Gunina Art Gallery, The Art gallery is at the User's sole risk. Gunina its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this Service. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
