Art Works that makes us look beyond our perception...

There are few Art Works which make us smile, there are few Art Works which moves us…but there are very few which stir our emotions and make us see & feel the ideas of the Artist – which inspire us and become the benchmarks of art history. This section is a salute-homage to those great minds…

Art Works that reflects the creativity and the aesthetic sensibility of the artist…

This is a forum for all those budding artists who are willing to display their Art works exclusively for all the art enthusiasts and of course the prospective buyers. This is one place where Art works of different streams is exhibited and a genuine platform is created for all art lovers.

“Bringing awareness in the youth today about Indian history (Indian art), and about art development in India-mainly the 64 art forms”. Artists these days certainly have the advantage of technology and access to internet and hence to information all around the globe. But for some reason history has not got its place with the artists today.. Since this exposure is lacking; innumerable questions remain unsolved. So Gunina becomes a platform to enrich ourselves with the glorious past; a commonplace to discuss issues and view points. Gunina also welcomes all professionals to be a part of this glorifying platform to exchange views and thoughts about each others specializations through articles/discussions which in turn is the “best form of expression”.

History becomes the strongest point to any art as it teaches us the origin, the growth and also the possibilities. Here we are going to refer to all the 64 forms of art. There might arise a question why this??? Answer is in history again. Earlier when the kings ruled us, there were communities named Agrahaara exclusively for the artists. All artists be it dancers, singers, potters etc were clubbed  and housed together and they began to exchange ideas, share the passion and it did a lot of justice to the creative side of them. We are trying to bring in the same concept and involve artists of all art fields.

We are always grateful to all our senior artists for guiding us through our learning process of art. Because of which we are well versed with not only the concepts and ideas but roughly the related history also. Then gradually it becomes our responsibility to guide our next generation too. This process has been there for sometime now and to retain this concept and make it stronger- this forum has been created where senior and junior artists display their work, discussions follow, and all get a chance to understand the concept of the artist and also the artists shall get to see variety of view points about their own artworks.

Gunina means, one who is The Master of All Virtues.
